Under EU and US consumer protection guidelines for sanitary goods, the following items are strictly non-returnable once unsealed, assembled, or used:
- Automated Litter Boxes that have been unsealed, assembled, filled with litter, or used by a pet.
- Grooming tools (brushes/trimmers) that have been unsealed or used.
- Pet Bedding that has been unsealed, washed, or soiled.
Please ensure you measure your space and review all product specifications before placing your order. Once a hygiene product is used, all sales are final.
If you change your mind before using the product, you are fully protected by the EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item, provided it meets the following strict conditions:
- The item is completely unused, unsealed, and unassembled.
- It is in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

If your item arrives damaged, or if you experience a manufacturing defect after using the product, you are fully protected by our 24-Month Statutory Legal Guarantee and our 12-Month Manufacturer's Warranty.
