Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Kelvaros. We are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable customer service. This policy outlines your statutory legal guarantee rights as well as our voluntary manufacturer's warranty.

Statutory Legal Guarantee – 24 Months

All products purchased from Kelvaros are covered by the statutory legal guarantee, valid for 24 months from the date of delivery.

This means that in the event of a defective, damaged, or not-as-described item, you have the right to:

  • Free repair or replacement
  • A partial or full refund if a repair or replacement is not possible

Kelvaros covers all reasonable return shipping costs associated with a valid statutory guarantee claim.

These rights apply automatically and do not require product registration.

Voluntary Manufacturer's Warranty – 12 Months

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 12-month limited manufacturer's warranty on all eligible products purchased directly from Kelvaros.

What is Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use
  • Non-wearable parts or the original device, as determined by Kelvaros

Benefits

If a defect occurs during this period, we may:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value
  • Refund the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs and taxes)

If a full replacement is provided, the original warranty period ends.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation
  • Commercial use or use outside normal household conditions
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Purely cosmetic blemishes that do not affect functionality
  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or second-hand
  • Promotional items, free gifts, or given products
  • Damage from external causes such as power surges, water, or fire
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If your product experiences an issue within the warranty period:

  1. Contact us by email at contact@kelvaros.com
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and – if possible – clear photos or videos
  3. Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps
  4. If necessary, we may request the return of the item for inspection before offering a resolution
Important Notes
  • The 12-month manufacturer's warranty is in addition to your 24-month statutory legal guarantee rights and does not replace or reduce them.
  • If you are unsure whether your issue is covered, please contact us in advance.
  • We recommend keeping the original packaging until you are certain the product works perfectly – it may be required for returns or exchanges.
