  • Grooming tools (brushes/trimmers) that have been unsealed or used.
  • Pet Bedding that has been unsealed, washed, or soiled.

2. 14-Day Free Return Policy (Unused Items)

If you change your mind before using the product, you are fully protected by the EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item, provided it meets the following strict conditions:
