1. Our Hygiene & Safety Commitment
To guarantee that every Kelvaros customer receives a 100% brand-new, sanitary, and safe product for their home and pet, we strictly do not accept returns on any used hygiene or cleaning items.
Under EU and US consumer protection guidelines for sanitary goods, the following items are strictly non-returnable once unsealed, assembled, or used:

Automated Litter Boxes that have been unsealed, assembled, filled with litter, or used by a pet.

Robot Vacuums & Cleaning Robots that have been unsealed, powered on, or used for cleaning.

Grooming tools (brushes/trimmers) that have been unsealed or used.

Pet Bedding that has been unsealed, washed, or soiled.
Please ensure you measure your space and review all product specifications before placing your order. Once a hygiene product is used, all sales are final.
2. 14-Day Free Return Policy (Unused Items)
If you change your mind before using the product, you are fully protected by the EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item, provided it meets the following strict conditions:

The item is completely unused, unsealed, and unassembled.

It is in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
Note: We are proud to offer free return shipping for all eligible, unused items within this 14-day window. Once your return request is approved with photo verification, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Damages, Defects & Warranty
We stand by the quality of our technology. The hygiene rule above applies to "change of mind" returns, but it does not affect your warranty rights for defective machines.
If your item arrives damaged, or if you experience a manufacturing defect after using the product, you are fully protected by our 24-Month Statutory Legal Guarantee and our 12-Month Manufacturer's Warranty.
If your machine is defective, please contact us immediately. We will troubleshoot the issue, send replacement parts, or provide a full replacement/refund in accordance with our Warranty Policy. Kelvaros covers all shipping costs for verified defective items.
4. How to Start an Eligible Return
To initiate a return for an unused item or report a defective product, please contact us at contact@kelvaros.com. Please include your Order Number, the reason for the request, and clear photos or videos.

If your request is approved, we will send you your free prepaid return label and instructions on how to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item to verify it meets our unused/unsealed conditions, we will inform you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
